CU launches mirror projectors project


In an effort to Support a better learning Environment and assist Faculty delivery multimedia driven presentation, CU launches projector project.

The administration of the Cuttington University has launched a ‘one lecture to a mini-projector project on the Campus of the University’s.

Speaking to the PRO department regarding the new development the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs of Cuttington University, Mrs. Barbara Kennedy said the move is intended to alleviate the burden lecturers have been faced with in the presentation of their lessons during classes.

The Cuttington University AVPAA believes, if a lecture gets such a sophisticated mini-projector, it makes their lesson presentation easier and it will allows them to be done in all the classes on projector; something she believes that has added significant value to teaching at the University.

The AVPAA noted that such worthy equipment has puts the University on pale or path with the digital world.

According to AVPAA Kennedy, the administration was able to purchase 20 pieces of mini-projector for its lecturers at the University, and more are accepted across the campuses.

Moreover, she said out of the 20pcs, Cuttington Junior Colleges in Kakata, Margibi County received 4 pcs; the Graduate School in Monrovia received 4pcs while the under graduate school or the University main Campus in Suakoko Bong County received12 pcs.

However, the she did not disclose the purchasing cost attached to the 20 pcs of the mini-projector by the administration.

Additionally, the Cuttington University Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs has assured students and staff that the administration will do whatever they can do in their power to better the welfare of his faculty and staff; something she believes will better prepare them to be very committed to their duties.

For their part, some members of the Cuttington University Faculty Association have lauded the administration for such a unique development.

They described such unfolding development on the three campuses of the University as unique, adding that they are pleased in the practice forth by the administration.
